A charming aspect of this volume: the hand-drawn advertisements in the back, including one for the Lewis Meyer Book Store in Tulsa, where Ron Padgett worked. There's also one for Yugen, a poetry magazine founded by LeRoi Jones (who later became Amiri Baraka). Jones contributed a poem to this issue of the White Dove Review.
