San Francisco: Sore Dove Press, 2015. First Edition, First Printing. Seven poems by seven different poets, most of them stalwarts of the Bay Area poetry scene. Each poem is printed on a single page and then bound into a book in black leatherette, 8 x 5 inches (204 x 128 mm). All books are housed in a handmade red box. Each book is designated a "binder's copy," and is separate from the edition of 12 signed and numbered copies that were issued for sale. The poets are: Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Jack Hirschman, Ann Menebroker, Belinda Subraman, Father Luke, Sreemanti Sengupta, and Soheyl Dahi (the founder of Sore Dove Press, the publisher of this edition). Ferlinghetti has signed his poem directly on the page containing his poem (rather than on the limitation page). Hirschman and Dahi have signed their poems on the limitation page, while the others have signed on slips of paper affixed to the limitation pages of their respective poems. Slight soiling to Dahi's poem, otherwise Fine. No other copies in commerce as of July 2, 2017. OCLC WorldCat lists holdings by two institutions: University of Delaware and University of Colorado. A handsome production from Sore Dove Press, known for the beauty of its books and broadsides. Item #1320
