Poems by the Albanian poet Agim Gjakova, in which he expresses his love for Albania and for being a communist. In Albanian and English on facing pages, with the translation by the radical San Francisco poet and activist Jack Hirschman. Hirschman, a prolific poet, social activist, and longtime San Francisco resident, died in August 2021 at age 87.
