German artist Joseph Beuys (1921-1986) appeals for a third way between capitalism and communism. His appeal originally appeared in German in the Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper on December 23, 1978. This volume, appearing the following year, presents dueling English translations of his text by R.C. Hay and B. Kleer. SCARCE.
