Overall, a Very Good copy. Text of Nikita Khrushchev's "secret speech" detailing Stalin's crimes, delivered to a closed session of the 20th congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1956. This version, published by the liberal magazine The New Leader, is heavily annotated with notes by historian Boris I. Nicolaevsky. The "secret speech" was not published in the Soviet Union until the Gorbachev era, but the U.S. State Department managed to obtain a copy and released it in 1956.
