A complete set of 100 stereoviews of Switzerland featuring black-and-white photos of the late 1890s and early 1900s. Each has a short description in English on the recto; the versos have short descriptions in English, French, German, Italian, Swedish, and Russian. (Some versos have longer, more extensive descriptions in English.)
The stereoviews are housed in the publishers' original brown cloth case, which is designed to look like a two-volume book set. A complete set full of charming views of Switzerland.
CONDITION: The vast majority of stereoviews are clear and sharp. A bit of fading to a handful of views. The case shows modest wear, with some fading to the gilt lettering on the spine. Overall, a Very Good or better set. Item #1772
