We have not been able to find much information about Anthony Cina. However, a 1966 newspaper article states: "Anthony Cina, leather craftsman and bookbinder of Thorofare, will give a demonstration on 'bookbinding and engraving' to graphics arts teachers" during the 48th annual convention of the New Jersey Vocational and Arts Education Association, April 1 and 2, 1966, at a hotel in Asbury Park. As for Richard Barnes, the Philadelphia binder published a book in 1962, "Gilding and Making of Gold Leaf."
