Cherkovski (b. 1945) has been a key figure in the San Francisco poetry scene for decades. In addition to his own poems, he has written biographies of Lawrence Ferlinghetti and Charles Bukowski as well as a collection of essays about Beat poets he has known, "Whitman's Wild Children."
This chapbook is scarce in commerce.
