A surly lawyer watches as his life falls apart due to his own awfulness. John Osborne's play opened at the Royal Court Theatre in London on September 9, 1964, in a production by the English Stage Company. Nicol Williamson played the lawyer, and Antony Page directed.

CONDITION: Spine titles bright and unfaded, upper board slightly askew but internally clean and unmarked. Near Fine in a Very Good or better dust jacket that has some rubbing to the extremities and light soiling. Item #282
